In order to file for divorce in Florida, you need to show proof that you or your spouse have resided in the State of Florida for at least 6 months immediately before the date of filing.

Yes. Since you do not know the whereabouts of your spouse, the Court shall do a publication for 4 weeks, and after that, your spouse shall be deemed “served”. It is called “constructive service”

Yes. If you (and/or your spouse) have resided in Florida for a minimum of 6 months, then you can file for divorce in Florida
